The most beautiful artwork of the forest. In the hands of a designer, the details of nature become art. The Pahka (Gnarl) collection was created by Lasse Kovanen at the ceramics factory in Posio. He designed the shapes using a traditional sculpting method, carving them out of plaster. The swirling shapes of gnarls growing on tree trunks were then drawn into modern textile patterns. The sculptural fabrics, cushion covers and ceramic vases of the collection bring a forest-like and earthy atmosphere into the home.
The green cushion is 30x53 cm in size.
